Selected from over 300 submissions, Cadence Group will present a session on “Strategy and Tactics for a Successful ECM Deployment”

ATLANTA – January 9, 2007 – Cadence Group®, an information and records management firm based in Atlanta, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the AIIM Conference Planning Committee to present an enterprise content management (ECM) session at the AIIM 2007 Conference, April 17-19, 2007 at The Boston Convention Center in Boston , MA

AIIM selected Cadence Group from over 300 submissions to present “Strategy and Tactics for a Successful ECM Deployment.” This session will consist of a presentation by Lee Pendergraft, Certified Records Manager (CRM) and Senior Practice Partner, on the strategy and essential tactical approach necessary for a successful ECM deployment. The presentation addresses policies, program support, retention, training and roll-out and is intended for those considering a full ECM deployment as well as those rolling out enhancements to their ECM and records management programs.

Attendees will learn how to develop a roadmap for success, garner the necessary executive management attention, incorporate the basic principals of traditional records management practices into electronic systems and IS/IT environments, and develop metrics to measure success.
