Mary Beth presented on May 2nd from 12-1 EST. This thoughtful session analyzed the key skills the RIM profession is currently demanding, including maintaining RIM policies, managing evolving workflows, staying abreast of technology, protecting organizational information, weeding out “ROT,” and honing the so-called soft skills to sell your program.
