With this addition, Cadence Group strengthens its ability to quickly fill information management positions for clients, reducing their sourcing costs and avoiding business downtime

ATLANTA, GEORGIA – January 22, 2008 – Cadence Group®, a certified woman-owned information and records management firm based in Atlanta, Georgia is pleased to announce that Kristine Lopez-Greene, a sales and recruiting professional, has joined its Staffing Services group as Senior Staffing Specialist. In this role, Ms. Lopez-Greene is responsible for identifying staffing opportunities, finding qualified candidates and managing the placement of information management specialists for Cadence Group’s clients.

Ms. Lopez-Greene has more than 10 years of experience in sales, operations, training and customer service in a variety of industries.  She has extensive experience developing and implementing sales training programs, improving sales processes, managing customer accounts and monitoring sales performance. She also has a strong background in news reporting, public relations and communications.

In her recruiting career, Ms. Lopez-Greene identified and assisted small, medium and large businesses with their recruiting needs using various methods of research.  In addition, she designed a strategic sales plan that quickly turned prospect accounts into sales, managed sales processes and implemented new sales tools.  In a short period of time, she grew the recruiting business locally for a national firm by 75 percent.

Ms. Lopez-Greene has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, which affirms her understanding of the Six Sigma process improvement methodology, concepts and language as applied to service, business process and manufacturing applications. This knowledge will help her more quickly understand client needs and identify candidates that best suit a client.

At Cadence Group, Ms. Lopez-Greene will help clients and prospects define their information management staffing needs, particularly those in records managementlibrary science and research. By quickly finding qualified information specialists, she helps clients continue to get top service during times of transition.

Ms. Lopez-Greene earned a B.A. in English from George Mason University in Virginia. She is a member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), Special Libraries Association (SLA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
