Retainer Agreement Types:

Recurring Pre-scheduled Visits: Recurrent pre-scheduled onsite visits are a good choice for on-site client support and maintenance, or non-urgent projects. A four-hour minimum is required.

Block of Time: A “Block of Time” arrangement is ideal for projects.  Unused hours can be allocated toward ongoing user support. Blocks of time are priced at a discount with a minimum of 16 hours per month required.
