Two Air Force bases (AFB), Moody AFB in Valdosta, Georgia and Mountain Home AFB in Idaho, have outsourced the daily management of their base libraries to Cadence Group and Contract & Purchasing Solutions (CPS). Under these contracts, Cadence Group and CPS are providing complete library management including personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, education, customer service and other items necessary to perform general library services.
In addition to managing daily library activities and handling subscriptions and lease plans for print and online publications, Cadence Group and CPS are responsible for measuring, analyzing and improving the library management systems.
For more than 15 years, special libraries in law firms, corporations and government agencies have used Cadence Group’s library staffing and solutions for assessments, library automation, reference/research work, cataloging, abstracting and indexing, training and complete library management.
Organizations have also used In-forté, Cadence Group’s enterprise virtual library solution to save money and provide better access to information by aggregating content purchases, then organizing and distributing qualified information to target audiences.
