With this addition, Cadence Group strengthens its ability to quickly fill information management positions for clients, reducing their sourcing costs and avoiding business downtime.
ATLANTA, GA – July 5, 2006 – Cadence Group®, a woman-owned $3.5 million information management firm based in Atlanta, is pleased to announce that Belinda DeLisser, a staffing professional, has been named Staffing Services Manager. In this role, Ms. DeLisser is responsible for expanding the staffing department and managing the placement of information management specialists in temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions for Cadence Group’s clients.
Ms. DeLisser has more than six years of experience in Human Resources recruiting and customer relationship management with special depth in large account management. She has extensive experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing top talent; administering state and federal employment laws; developing new business; and building strong customer relationships.
In her recruiting career, Ms. DeLisser has analyzed compensation, benefits, and incentive plans for client companies. She also conducted regular quality checkups, employee surveys, employee counseling, career coaching, and performance evaluations. In addition, she organized and participated in job fairs and networking events to recruit new talent.
Ms. DeLisser has used her strong problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and staffing experience to develop custom training and orientation programs. She was instrumental in recruiting and hiring for a beverage giant’s new business site and strategically grew a telecommunications account by 30 percent through the development of custom employee training.
In addition, she has experience setting up a process for matching qualified candidates with client needs, which includes extensive screening and qualifying steps as well as candidate database management. She also established trusted relationships in the health care industry.
In her Cadence Group role, Ms. DeLisser will work with clients to define their information management staffing needs, particularly those in records management, library science, and research. Her primary responsibility is to help clients quickly find qualified information specialists when they need them for as long as they need them – without distraction from their primary responsibilities. For Cadence Group, she will set up and manage recruiting processes and candidate databases to ensure candidates are screened and qualified and then matched with client requirements.

Ms. DeLisser earned a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University. She is active in the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) and the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
