Pendergraft has also written a White Paper on the same topic, which has been accepted for translation and publication in a prominent Japanese business journal.

This Records and Information Conference and Trade Show, sponsored by the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), will be held on April 22 and 23 in Stafford, Texas and will highlight best practices and newest technologies for information content professionals and service providers. Records and information management (RIM) experts will provide critical insights, techniques and solutions to current RIM challenges.
