Problem. This government agency wanted to establish a records management governance structure to enable effective planning and decision making.

Solution. Cadence Group developed a five-year strategic plan for records management and provided records management expertise, program assessment, and support for planning and implementation.

Outcome. The client established agency-level and  department-level policies, processes, and procedures for creating and maintaining file plans, managing vital records, conducting compliance reviews and records management audits.
