Scott Murchison, a Certified Records Manager (CRM) with more than 15 years of experience in the records and information management (RIM) field, has joined its team of 50 information professionals.

Murchison has worked with a variety of industries including banking, insurance, hospitality and entertainment to assess and develop records management policies and procedures. He has deep experience with the design, implementation and training of records retention schedules and policies, workflow systems and storage management solutions.

During his career, Murchison has worked extensively with copyright and trademark systems and compliance programs that adhere to industry best practices (ISO 15489), Sarbanes-Oxley, USA Patriot Act and HIPAA requirements. Previous experience includes the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Hilton Hotels and 20th Century Fox Film Corporation.
