Leaders promoted as company expands services, grows

Atlanta, GA – March 29, 2012 – Cadence Group has announced a series of executive promotions reflective of the company’s commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic management team across its practice areas and service offerings.

“Along with attracting world-class talent from outside the company, one of my top priorities is growing and recognizing our existing leadership team,” said Tina Baker, President and at Cadence Group. “They are being recognized for the value that they bring to the team, their proven commitment to the organization, and the respect they’ve earned from their peers, customers, and partners. Each of these team leaders has been an integral part of our success in the past and will play a critical role in leading us into the future.”

The following executives were promoted to Vice President:

Dan Beard, Vice President RIM Consulting Practice. With over 17 years experience in records and information management, Beard specializes in the development and implementation of superior records and electronic information management programs. He leads the Cadence Group team in integrating technology with business processes, including new workflow design, to optimize investments for clients. A Certified Records Manager, Lean Six Sigma certified and an Electronic Records Management Master, Beard will continue to lead this practice area.

Lori Durand, Vice President Web Design and Development Services. Durand brings a wealth of experience in design, accessibility, and education to her role leading the web services design and development team. For one federal government client her leadership helped a website’s search engine average rankings jump from 45.8 to 1.5 among top search engines. A 15 year veteran of Cadence Group, she has been integral in the long-term strategic development for this practice area and will continue to help develop world-class teams of web design consultants for Cadence Group.

Belinda DeLisser, Vice President RIM and Library Staffing. DeLisser leads Cadence Group’s staffing and placement services for Records and Information Management as well as Library Services talent. She develops long term relationships with clients and supports them with staffing talent and managed services. She also helps drive opportunities to Cadence Group’s team of senior information management consultants. A six year veteran of Cadence Group, she will continue to expand the staffing, managed services, and consulting practices.
