ATLANTA, GA – October 10, 2004 – We are pleased to announce that Cadence Group® has been awarded a five-year GSA Schedule Contract (#GS-35F-0482p) from the federal government’s General Services Administration to provide General Purpose Commercial Information Technology services. Approved services include systems and/or information architecture (including taxonomy development), web design, custom programming, web content management, and indexing and abstracting. The GSA Schedules Program establishes long-term government-wide contracts with commercial firms. GSA Schedules provide federal customers with commercial services and products at pre-approved discounted pricing, which are delivered directly to the customer. Utilizing the GSA Schedules offers the potential benefits of shorter lead times, lower administrative costs, and opportunities to meet small business goals. Services and products can be ordered directly from Cadence Group, or through the GSA Advantage. Ken Lewis heads Cadence Group’s Federal Services. He advises, “Being on the GSA Schedule enables Cadence Group to offer an easy-to-use contract vehicle that most program officers are already familiar with. As a result, we can help government agencies quickly with their information managements needs.”
