A university’s School of Medicine obtained a grant to create an e-learning website.  This site provided live and online training to clinicians who are current members or alumni of the National Service Health Corps and it allowed these clinicians to earn education credits at no cost.  Cadence Group was retained to provide knowledge management IT support and manage the day-to-day operations of the website, webinars and coffee shop sessions.  Throughout our engagement with the school, Cadence Group:

• Maintained the e-learning website, including serving as administrators for the live webinars and coffee shop sessions.
• Downloaded the live webinars to create the on-demand webinar library
• Offered expert guidance in establishing process flows for establishing and running the e-learning process
• Provided administrative support to the admin email account for the website
• Created and maintained social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter
