Allen, MBA, CRM, IGP will present key takeaways from the panel discussion that he moderated at ARMALive 2018, entitled “Change Pioneers: How RIM Leaders Manage Disruptive IG Forces,” at the Greater Washington DC Chapter meeting on March 20, 2019. At the meeting, Mike will share highlights from last year’s thought-provoking “Buzz Session.” He will also lead a discussion with meeting attendees about the key skills they feel are necessary to stay on top of the rapidly-changing Information Governance profession.

Michael P. Allen, MBA, CRM, IGP is a Senior RIM Consultant at Cadence Group who has over 25 years of IG/RIM experience. He is both a practitioner and as a business unit leader. His primary areas of expertise include IG program assessment and maturity modeling, RIM program audits, records conversion project management, management of large-scale records centers, departmental records management, records retention schedule development, and software requirements analysis. Finally, he has served in leadership positions for multiple ARMA chapters regularly presents at ARMALive and chapter meetings.
