Information management industry leader to share tips on how to manage the selection of an ECM/EDRM software solution.

ARMA luncheon location buckhead maggiano'sNovember 2013 – Buckhead’s own Maggiano’s has been chosen as the site to host the November Atlanta ARMA luncheon on November 12, 2013.  Keynote speaker Tina Teree Baker will share insights on the full scope of considerations to be reviewed when choosing the best Enterprise Content Management/Electronic Document and Records Management (ECM/EDRM) system for any organization.

Her session will cover strategies for developing a Request for Proposal (RFP), and then effectively managing the identification, selection, and negotiation of a solution. Baker will also discuss quantitative and qualitative methods, risk mitigation, and the pros and cons of various decisions made throughout the process.
