Jarrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Records Administration from Tennessee State University. She has held key information management roles in companies focused on medical education and research, healthcare and rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care. Her experience includes Morehouse School of Medicine/Morehouse Medical Associates, Shepherd Center, Athena Rehab, Sunrise Assisted Living and other healthcare organizations.

Jarrett has been responsible for developing and implementing wide-ranging information management systems, policies and procedures based on best practices, and training for compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO, federal and state guidelines. She has written HIPAA policies, set up audit studies and guidelines, computerized numerous medical records departments, and improved workflow within medical departments. Her work has helped numerous companies decrease costs, increase productivity and operating efficiency, and generate more revenue.
